Bridge Finance Private Sale Ended

Our private sale ended after 15 Hours.

We have successfully reached our Hard Cap for the Private Sale funding round.

Our target was to raise $140,000 USDT in private sale using both pools and whitelisted individuals.

• $102,000 for the individuals receiving wallet pinned in the group.
• $38,000 for the Pools receiving wallet.
• initially 40K was allocated to individuals and 100K to Pools, but some pools were cancelled, and the allocation shifted to individuals.

We received a total of 89 transactions.

So far, 5 were found to be in breach of the terms, either by sending excess, not being whitelisted, etc. These participants will receive emails shortly, if you don't receive an email you are safe. Refunds will incur a 2% penalty as stated earlier. If you are unsure if you made it please contact Jeffrey.

Any adjustments to nudge the figure up to a round figure will be made in private, participants of Phase 2 may receive emails to help with this.

In case you missed it, here’s how it happened:

• We whitelisted the first 140 addresses on a first come first serve basis, based on amounts pledged, in faith that all will participate.
• The sale started at 00:30 am SGT time 27 Nov.
• All participants were given 12 hours to send. With a review due at 12pm SGT
• 6 hours later only a few of the whitelisted addresses had participated.
• We then announced at 9:24 am SGT the following

We had initially set a review time of 12PM SGT but are extending it to 3PM SGT.

IF those currently whitelisted do not send USDT tokens by then, we will forfeit them all and open the floor to all participants. Details for this process will be posted then.

This was done to give others a chance as many group members who had not made it to the whitelist were flooding or inboxes and email asking for allocations. We believe 12 hours was ample time to send tokens if one was still interested in participating.

• As of 1pm SGT we send out emails to everyone else who had filled the whitelist application form to notify them there was an opportunity to still invest.
• As of 3pm SGT we announced we are opening the floor to everyone else as follows:

Open to all
• Uncapped

Heres what to do:

- we will open a google form.
- enter your email, country, wallet and the amount you are sending.
- then proceed to send your USDT to the same pinned address as everyone else.
- amount is uncapped in this round.
- limit or ceiling in our receiving wallet address is $102,000 USDT.
- when we hit that we stop. All transactions that come after 102,000 will be send back. We will use the google form to know who the owner is and communicate via email on the refund.

• At 3:21pm SGT we then proceeded to post the google form and open the floor to all other participants who were willing to scoop up the remaining tokens
• 20 mins later all tokens were bought and our target was reached.
